The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Commitment: A Financial Initiative for Access and Affordability
Launched in 2021, the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Commitment is a milestone in the University’s efforts to make a ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï education accessible to talented, high-achieving students, regardless of socioeconomic background.
Enriching the Residential Experience
As a four-year residential university, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï has significantly invested in the residential life experience. In years to come, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï will rejuvenate the physical spaces along Broad and College streets, reimagining and creating equity in the spaces where juniors and seniors live and interact.
In addition, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï will develop a fifth Residential Commons to fully develop the Residential Commons system, where first and second-year students experience tradition, build class unity, and cultivate an affinity for ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
Support for Debate and Discourse
ºÚÁϳԹÏ’s commitment to academic freedom and freedom of expression is active and ongoing. With empathy and intellectual curiosity, the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï community engages in lively debate and rigorous academic discourse, both in and out of the classroom.
Expanding Faculty Support
A university is, at its core, the product of the people it attracts and a union of individuals in service of learning. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is taking the necessary steps to ensure that it attracts faculty of remarkable promise and achievement. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï plans to endow 25 new faculty chairs and bolster grant programs for new and established faculty members.
