Frequently Asked Questions
All alumni are welcome to return for reunion. We will be celebrating those with class years ending in 1 and 6. We will also honor our 50th reunion class, the class of 1976, and the 25th reunion class, the class of 2001.
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï staff members are working with volunteers from each class to plan special programming to honor these anniversaries. If you'd like to be involved in your class planning efforts, please contact alumni@colgate.edu.
We will celebrate a number of special anniversaries at Reunion 2026, including the following:
- 30th anniversary of Tri Delta
- 40th anniversary of AOC
- 60th anniversary of Rugby
Registration opens for the classes of 1951-1976 on October 8, 2025.
For all other classes, registration opened on February 16 and closes May 15. Early bird registration ends April 15.
We can accommodate walk-in registration during the weekend from 8 a.m. - midnight in Donovan's Pub. Please note, the Raider Weekend and Full Weekend options are still the only options, and on-campus housing might be limited.
Campus Housing
Campus housing will be available as part of the reunion registration form. If you have any questions about on-campus housing, please call the Office of Alumni Engagement at 315-228-7700.
Local Accommodations
Local accommodations, such as house rentals, must be secured independently. A non-exhaustive list of area B&Bs and other local rentals can be found here, and many residents may list on .
We expect to be able to accommodate a limited number of RVs for reunion weekend. Site reservations will be accepted through reunion registration.
Please note that RV parking will be assigned in the General Use Lot (near Tyler's Field, behind Community Memorial Hospital) and no hookups will be provided. RV parking will be restricted to assigned locations only in order to ensure adequate parking for regular sized vehicles throughout campus.

Reunion Refund Policy
ºÚÁϳԹÏ's Reunion fees cover costs associated with registration, housing, meals, programming, and more. Refunds can be accommodated up to May 15, 2026 less a non-refundable $15 processing fee. The $15 processing fee will apply to all cancellations; this fee offsets costs the Office of Alumni Engagement incurs each time a monetary transaction is processed. Changes to registration options will not incur a $15 processing fee.
Clearly designated, legal parking spaces on campus are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to the spaces available on campus, reunion attendees can park in the general parking lot off Broad Street, adjacent to Tyler’s Field and behind Community Memorial Hospital. Whenever possible, please take advantage of the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Cruiser and/or our shuttle service, which originates from the Reunion Headquarters.
ADA-accessible parking will be available for individuals who hold valid, government-issued disabled parking placards or plates on campus. The Airport, Train, and Bus Shuttle service can be booked for trips between the campus and Syracuse or Utica.

If you are staying in campus housing, you must return your keys before leaving.
Friday/Saturday: Return to Headquarters (8 a.m. – midnight).

Important: Place keys in an envelope with your name and phone number. Failure to return keys by Sunday at noon will result in a $150 locksmith charge. Keys cannot be mailed back.
With the exception of guide dogs and animals specifically approved for the educational purposes of the University, pets are not allowed in campus buildings, including residential housing. Guests who are found to have animals in their rooms may be requested to leave the premises.
To meet the needs of nursing parents, or to accommodate personal/medical needs, a dedicated space is available in James C. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Hall. Please inquire at Reunion Headquarters.
Meal Access and Tickets
Alumni with the Full Weekend option will receive meal tickets at registration. Please present the appropriate ticket at the entrance to each meal. If you don't have a full package, you can purchase breakfast at the door.
Breakfast Locations
A hot breakfast is served at Frank Dining Hall on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Dietary Restrictions
Meals are labeled for vegetarian and vegan options, as well as common allergens. If you have specific needs, please speak with the catering staff or visit Reunion Headquarters.
Saturday Class Dinners
Please note that Saturday evening class and anniversary receptions are restricted to those age 21 and over.
Tent Hours and Alcohol Service
Tents open at 3 p.m. Thursday, 11:30 a.m. Friday, and noon Saturday. Alcohol service ends at midnight each night. Beer and wine are provided; mixed drinks are available at cash bars in the main tent.
Alcohol Policies
You must be 21+ to be served. Per NY State law, open containers are prohibited in public places and within all vehicles (including those driven by student staff).
