Young Hu ’27 leveraged ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Summer Internship Funding to explore the field of law internationally at the I-Land Law office in Shanghai.

Barbara Gonzalez Fuentes ’25 made the most of her summer in South Africa. She completed a GIS and reserve management internship at Gondwana Game Reserve, and volunteered as an environmental educator in Cape Town with not-for-profit Nature Connect.

Fiji is famous for its crystal clear waters and idyllic beaches — but it is also home to vital coral reef research. Amelia Rastley ’25 spent her summer along the coast of Fiji conducting research on coral reefs with the Sea Education Association (SEA).

Tommy Melgoza ’26 spent his summer in the newsroom at FOX 32 Chicago, shadowing reporters, producers, and anchors while learning how daily TV media is made.

Sep. 27–28, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï hosted the biannual Michael J. Wolk ’60, MD, Conference on Medical Education, sponsored by the Michael Wolk Heart Foundation and organized by ºÚÁϳԹÏ’s Health Sciences Advising Office and Career Services.
